We LOVE teachers so much we are sending 175 to The Ron Clark Academy for a 2-day immersive training experience.
What is the Program?
We’re partnering with The Ron Clark Academy (RCA) to provide an in-person, experiential two-day training for educators across the United States.
March 20-21, 2025, selected teachers, assistant principals, and principals will attend The Ron Clark Academy Experience in Atlanta, Georgia. The program is a mix of classroom observations, workshops, and opportunities to engage with the Ron Clark team.
Our hope is that you return to your classroom energized, validated, and equipped for the challenging work you do.
Who Can Apply?
All public-school teachers, assistant principals, and principals are eligible for this program. Participants must be able to attend the March 20-21, 2025 dates and need to allow time for travel to Atlanta, GA.
Applications close on November 22, 2024.

Yes, we are planning to make this an annual program.

RCA is a highly acclaimed, nonprofit middle school in Southeast Atlanta. RCA is a demonstration school – a place where visiting educators engage in a vibrant professional development experience by observing best practices in action before participating in hands-on workshops.
In the past 16 years, they have trained more than 100,000 educators from all over the world.

We are planning to send 300 teachers to the spring 2025 training.

The SONIC Foundation will subsidize a portion of your travel expenses. More details will be provided if your application is accepted.
